Ok, so by the "it", I'm referring to myself....a little Halloween humor, but anyway! So here's the skinny on the last month. We packed up all our "hud" (I like the word hud in lieu of stuff), packed it into a giant trailor, and drove for two and a half days in a westerly direction. We arrived in Utah, unpacked all our "hud" into my dad's barn/shed (my parents call it a barn, but there are no animals that live in it, so I call it a shed), and then a day later drove Clint to the airport so he could return to Iowa to finish up school and take boards. So I am here in Utah, living at my parents, and when Clint finishes up with his board exams in mid-november he will come back to join me in Utah. Clint is currently staying with our wonderful friends T.C. and Rikki. He is spending most of his time hunting and studying for boards.
Also, we have some exciting news to share. For those of you who don't know (which most of you don't, since we've only told our immediate family since we've got here) we are expecting our first baby in May. For those of you doing the math, yes, I was pregnant in Iowa and I knew it and I'm a brat and didn't tell any of you!!! I was officially 10 weeks on Saturday the 18th. My official due date is May 16. We are really excited to start our little family. I have been very lucky and with the exception of not being able to digest food in a timely manner, I have felt really good!
In regards to my other baby - Dory (of course, who else), she is doing very well. She really enjoys the carpet here at my moms house, since we didn't have a stitch of it in Iowa. Well, that's about all I've got for now, I'll be more diligent in posting since things have settled down.

Not all dogs love water!
Dory getting a bath - she's not angry, she just got some water in her nose and she's trying to snort it out! FYI this picture was taken back in SLC over 3 years ago, but she still feels the same way today! I don't know why I chose to share this with you, but for lack of something better to post, since nothing terribly exiting is happening in my life, I thought this would suffice for now!

I knew it you brat! When I mentioned you getting pregnant at church on your last Sunday I swore you were pregnant already, but didn't know for sure. I am so excited for you guys!!!!! YAY!
I want to see some pictures. I'm glad things are going well, I am jealous that you get to be home though. But that stinks Clint is here without you for so long.
Good luck with everything, I am so happy for you.
Congrats! Alan wants to know if Clint knows:)
So I have to say that I TOTALLY KNEW IT! My one random talent in life is that I always know when people are pregnant, even sometimes before they do. So I should have told you :)
That's fabulous, we are so happy for you!
wow. as your work-out buddy that hardly ever works out, I am really disappointed that you didn't tell me first. :)
SO SO Happy for you guys! Im glad the move went well. I hope we get to see you when you come for graduation! Keep us posted!
So exciting! I am happy for you guys!
You are a brat!! A really big BRAT, how could you hold out on me?!! I am so not talking to you. J/K! I could never stay mad at you, especially if the baby is a girl, Susan is a lovely name, don't you think? You had better call me soon too.
Yeah! I am so excited for you guys!! May is a great month to have a baby...maybe your babe can share it with mine. 18th:)
So wait, I just read Barnes' comment.
You got pregnant at church, your last Sunday?
I am SO disappointed I went out of town.
Congratulations. May babies are the best! :) I hope it goes smoothly. I didn't realize your departure was so immeninent and pretty much asked about you when I saw the trail of dust you left behind. Only to learn you were long gone and crying wouldn't bring you back. :)
Glad you are blogging.
